映画『食べることは生きること ～アリス・ウォータースのおいしい革命～』食べ物は、本来、大地と太陽の恵みと農家さんはじめ多くの人の手が加わりそのプロセスを“いただく”ありがたいもの。日本人なら当たり前のように口にする“いただきます”という言葉には、そんな本質的な感覚が子供のころからの記憶によって刻み込まれているように思います。アリスさんが子供たちの食育に力を入れているように、子供のころから“食”の本質と豊かさに触れてもらえたらきっとこの世界はより良くなり地球環境が守られていくと信じ、この映画を多くの方々にお届けできたらこれほど嬉しいことはありません。

🍃この映画は、去る1月12日に、ポートランドのOHSUにアリスさんご本人が来られた上映会＆お話会にて上映されたものです。チケットは早々に売り切れ、イベントはパネルディスカッションも含めて大盛況を収めました。チケットが買えなかった方や、イベントをご存じなかった方も是非この機会をお見逃しなく！

”We are what we eat”　"Food is a blessing from the earth and the sun, with many people, including farmers, contributing to the process. The act of 'itadakimasu' expresses gratitude for this. I believe that the essence of this sentiment has been ingrained in us since childhood through our memories. Just as Alice is focusing on children's food education, I believe that if children are exposed to the essence and richness of food from an early age, this world will surely become a better place and the global environment will be protected. I would be incredibly happy if this movie could be delivered to many people."

  🍃 This movie was screened on January 12th at OHSU in Portland, where Alice herself attended for a screening and talk event.  At Kinone, we are seeking new students for the 2025 school year, as well as interns, volunteers, and others who wish to be involved in our community. 

What kind of place allows each child's individuality to shine in a safe and secure environment? What does it mean to have a space where adults and children learn together and create a cycle of growth?

新芽Dayは、子どもと保護者が一緒に、きのねを体験できるオープンデーです。保護者・保育スタッフ・子どもたち（入園前の子はやりたい子だけ）、ボランティア、皆んなで、雑巾がけ（大人も良い運動！）、手遊び・絵本読み聞かせ、リズム＆ムーブメントの時間、天気が良い日は、外遊びや鶏さんに餌やり畑のお手伝い、天気が悪い日は、室内遊び（想像遊び、積み木、粘土、など）を体験します。

子育てについての相談なども受け付けます。

Sinme Day (Kinone Open Day) is a supportive environment for both children and caregivers to experience the atmosphere & daily routine of Kinone. This open days provide the opportunity to immerse parents/caregivers/children into Kinone's routine and have fun. Our typical routine include; Zokingake (Japanese style floor cleaning with rug. Good exercise), Storytime, Rhythm and Movement time, outside play if weather is nice or inside play including play-dough, building blocks, imaginative playtime, etc…

Feel free to ask questions about parenting etc... while free play time. Aki and other staff are available to talk.

親子共に、動きやすい恰好、雨が降っても、寒くても基本外に出られるような恰好で来てください。Please come in clothes that are easy to move in, and that you can go outside even if it rains or is cold.

持ち物、またはきのねに来る恰好 (What to bring and wear)：

●飲み物 Waterbottle

●着替え (水遊び、泥遊び用など、寒い日暑い日共に必要です) Change of clothes

●地面が濡れている日、雨の日はレインジャケット、レインパンツ（傘は危ないので家か車に置いてきて下さい）+ 長靴 Rain Jacket/Pants/Boots (Please leave unbrella at home or in the car)

●タオル（汚れた時に手足を拭くもの）暑い日は帽子や水遊び用にバスタオル Towell, hats, and flip flops for warmer months.

●料金は当日$15またはそれ以上のドネーション（現金またはチェックKinone Space宛をお持ちください） Fee: $15 and additional donation is welcomed (cash or check payable to Kinone Space)

さくらさくらんぼ教育をしている保育園で育ったありさちゃんという女の子の成長（０歳〜６歳）を追ったドキュメンタリー映画で、自然保育の中で仲間と共に育ち合うありさちゃんはどんな経験をして、どのように育つのか、この子の育ちを観る事で「見守る事の大切さ」「子どもが育つってどういう事」なのか、気づきがあるのではないかと思います。This is a documentary film that follows the growth of a girl named Alisa (age 0-6) who grew up in a nursery school that provides cherry blossom education. By watching the upbringing of Alisa, we hope you will realize the importance of watching over your child and what it means for a child to grow up.

センスオブワンダーという言葉をご存知ですか？

「自然に触れて深く感動する力」というような感覚や概念を表すこの言葉は、環境保護運動の世界的な先駆けである、レイチェルカーソンの書名としても知られています。

風の子クラブの子ども達に、センスオブワンダーを仲間と共に探求し、遊びを通して、楽しさ、嬉しさ、面白さでいっぱいにして、学校の中とはまた違った、自然から、暮らしから、五感からの学びの経験もたくさんしてもらいたいなと思っています。

とても勉強になった、質問などもできて良かったと去年の参加者から好評だった、マスターリサイクラーのちえこさんとリサイクルを学ぶ会第二回目をきのねスペースユルトで開催します。

第二回はプラスチックとJames”Recyclingについて話します。質問時間をとっていますので、これを機にモヤモヤしていることを聞いて下さい。

対象年齢：１歳〜４歳までのお子さんです。

新芽Dayは、子どもと保護者が一緒に、きのねを体験できるオープンデーです。保護者・保育スタッフ・子どもたち（入園前の子はやりたい子だけ）、ボランティア、皆んなで、雑巾がけ（大人も良い運動！）、手遊び・絵本読み聞かせ、リズム＆ムーブメントの時間、天気が良い日は、外遊びや鶏さんに餌やり畑のお手伝い、天気が悪い日は、室内遊び（想像遊び、積み木、粘土、など）を体験します。

子育てについての相談なども受け付けます。

Sinme Day (Kinone Open Day) is a supportive environment for both children and caregivers to experience the atmosphere & daily routine of Kinone. This open days provide the opportunity to immerse parents/caregivers/children into Kinone's routine and have fun. Our typical routine include; Zokingake (Japanese style floor cleaning with rug. Good exercise), Storytime, Rhythm and Movement time, outside play if weather is nice or inside play including play-dough, building blocks, imaginative playtime, etc…

Feel free to ask questions about parenting etc... while free play time. Aki and other staff are available to talk.

親子共に、動きやすい恰好、雨が降っても、寒くても基本外に出られるような恰好で来てください。Please come in clothes that are easy to move in, and that you can go outside even if it rains or is cold.

持ち物、またはきのねに来る恰好 (What to bring and wear)：

●飲み物 Waterbottle

●着替え (水遊び、泥遊び用など、寒い日暑い日共に必要です) Change of clothes

●地面が濡れている日、雨の日はレインジャケット、レインパンツ（傘は危ないので家か車に置いてきて下さい）+ 長靴 Rain Jacket/Pants/Boots (Please leave unbrella at home or in the car)

●タオル（汚れた時に手足を拭くもの）暑い日は帽子や水遊び用にバスタオル Towell, hats, and flip flops for warmer months.

●料金は当日$15またはそれ以上のドネーション（現金またはチェックKinone Space宛をお持ちください） Fee: $15 and additional donation is welcomed (cash or check payable to Kinone Space)

申込みをした方で、ウェイトリストになった場合はその時点でご連絡します。連絡がない場合は、受付完了で、活動日の2、3日前に集合場所や持ち物などについて確認メッセージを送ります。駐車の件など注意事項を、よく読んでからお越しください。If you are waitlisted, we'll send notification, otherwise you're accepted and we will send a reminder email with details like direction to Kinone a couple days before the open day. Please read the notes about parking, etc., carefully before coming.

定員いっぱいになり次第、締め切りとさせていただきます。 As soon as the maximum number of participants is reached, the program will be closed, and participants will be waitlisted.

5月のマミー安堵ミーご案内⭐️

きのねに遊びに来て、字の如く、ママと子どもが安心して過ごす楽しい時間です🌿

⚫︎ 対象年齢　1歳〜4歳位　親子

⚫︎ 日時 (1日でも複数日でも)
5/17 金曜日 9:30-11:30 ＠きのねスペース(Vista Brook Park裏)

⚫︎ 活動内容
前半は室内で手遊びや絵本、リズム遊びをします。
後半は園庭でどろんこになったり、鶏さんにエサをあげたりして遊びます。

子育て相談も受け付けます。

来年度入園希望の方は、園の子ども達と遊ぶ体験ができたり、どんな場所か親子共に体験できるので、こちらのマミー安堵ミーにも一度ご参加いただくことをおすすめします。
