The concert is open for everyone, and we all speak English at the reception desk for checking you in, but please note that the event announcement/MC is in Japanese.
Boston-based mezzo-soprano Chihiro Asano will be performing with fellow tour members, soprano Lindsey and music director Gyan, in between Portland Opera tours! This is a chance to feel & experience powerful and beautiful live singing up close. Professional Opera and Kinone community perform together at the Jenkins Estate (National Register of Historic Places), surrounded by nature! We will sing and dance together to famous Japanese and Christmas songs, and experience a real opera! Please come and join us! Free admission event! (sign up required)
